This retreat is your opportunity to rejuvenate and transform through guided meditations, earth-sourced sacrament sessions, and our unique form of "cathartic coaching" to support your integration of this awakening into your life.
**Self-awareness is knowing yourself from a place beyond personal/ego identity. You access this place by dropping all concepts, all personal stories, and rest in the light of your own Being. By letting go of all identifications, your consciousness is then able to receive and absorb true knowledge, which is the essence of Being -- also known as your True Self.
As you heal and get to know yourself beyond your individual identity, that same individual expression can be used creatively as an expression of life’s unlimited potential (often described as Flow State). As you come into complete alignment with the flow of everything, then the flow that happens through you is flawless, effortless, and is pure service to you as the Higher Self, your fully-realized self.

Sahar Eric Pinkham, at age 15, having experienced a profound awakening, opened a meditation center in New Hampshire. At age 19 he received certification as a teacher of yoga and meditation, and went on to manage a residential meditation center in Oakland, CA. As a hypnotherapist, Sahar discovered another potent ally towards positively influencing every aspect of life. His series "Exploring the Male Heart", was born out of his desire to support men in deepening their experience of themselves as spiritual beings. O'Neill Keathley has studied and applied personal transformation methods since his teenage years and has two decades experience in men's work. He holds masters degrees in Transpersonal Psychology and Business Administration, and helped launch the first Fair Trade certification for global products like coffee and chocolate sold in the US. O'Neill specializes in coaching business owners, executives in achieving professional goals with greater personal fulfillment. He and his husband, Randy, live near Sebastopol, California.
