One of my greatest joys is connecting people in ways that deeply matter,
like really getting someone or loving free of condition.
This passion motivates me to invite you into this group.
During these 6 weeks, I'll give you tools to support you creating greater intimacy and connection in all areas of your life. I'll also guide you through exercises, during which you'll recognize how you perpetuate isolation. Long after this series you'll continue to gain greater objectivity regarding these learned beliefs and behaviors. Theses old habits will lose their appeal and power.
In this group, you'll
*Receive the powerful support that men can give men through personal challenges.
*Feel the intimate bonds that are created through authentic relating.
*Attune to the wisdom of your body through rhythm and song.
*Experience a powerful camaraderie that can last for years.
*Play together, opening to greater innocence and passion.

This series is 6 Wednesdays, starting when we have 4 participants.
Capping this group at 4 men allows for maximum engagement.
Each evening begins at 7pm and will last approximately 2 hours.
A flexible end time allows for the organic evolution of the night.
Series cost: $250.

Briefly about me.
In my early 20’s, feeling a deep yearning to know the truth of my masculinity, I dove into men’s retreats and groups. Deeply inspired by this work and my experience as a therapist, I developed the series "Exploring the Male Heart". I created this series out of my desire to support men in heightening their awareness of the vast resources for aliveness within them. After having facilitated over 40 men's groups, this work inspires me now more than ever.

Men, when we get together, we're awesome!!! Whether on a team or at work, we seem to access an innate ability to act as one organism and (at times) to even bring out the best in each other.
Do you yearn to feel these life-giving bonds in your personal life? I do.
I've spent much of my adult life dedicated to connecting men in the ways that deeply matter, like really getting someone or loving free of condition.
I want to share some of the tools and insights I've learned during my 35+ years of this work. I invite you to join me in
