Lost Coast Backpacking Adventure
Get Back To (Your) Nature
Thursday, June 9th - Sunday, June 12th
With thousands of acres of woods, streams, and ocean, this is an opportunity to rejuvenate and be inspired. While you'll bring the provisions and gear you need, I'll provide the camp site and be your guide.
As each adventure brings in a unique group, I tailor the pacing and activities of each weekend to the participants.
Experience
* greater aliveness as you immerse in these gorgeous surroundings.
* the confidence of carrying all you'll need in your backpack.
* the tranquility natural to an extended stay in nature.
* the natural bubbling up of JOY!
We head out to this lightly trafficked gem during a glorious time of year, making the combination of the ocean breeze, wildflowers, and the cool days a great combo. We may even take a dip in a creek, waterfall, or the ocean.
On our 4 day adventure, we'll trek along the inland route, making our way up to a gorgeous inlet, we lovingly call "Mystic Cove."
Schedule
At the trail head, we'll review what you've packed and maybe shed a little weight. We'll sit for a brief circle wherein we'll have an opportunity to share what is alive in us.
Our first hour we'll hike in silence. This is an opportunity to drop into stillness and open to the natural beauty. Along the way, we'll visit a lovely waterfall.
When we arrive, we'll make camp, relax, and in the evening, we'll share stories, poetry, song and dance, games, and more.
I invite you to bring a small, lightweight musical instrument / percussion instrument to participate in a no-experience necessary music circle.
Daily Schedule
Although, I've listed specific times, my intention is to align with the group flow.
8am: backpackers yoga, song to open our voices and hearts, & meditation, that we may attune to ourselves and our surroundings.
9am: breakfast
10: quiet Time. An apportunity for journaling, meditation, or hiking.

2-4pm: creativitity and games. Sooo FUN!
4-6pm: quiet time.

Creativity
Each day will be filled with creativity and fun. Here's a video, giving you an idea of just how "crafty" we'll get: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U20NnD5faJM&list=PLv0VYXC6sDbQ4RzyibTz8JqzWHn8__1DC&index=14

Lost Coast Found
It was an epic trip for me and commemorated my 65th birthday. When I first signed up for the trip, I was immediately met with my personal doubts and fears. How could it be otherwise? I presented these to Sahar who masterfully worked with my process. I felt emotionally held by him from that moment forward as he helped me to work through my many concerns. This interaction continued throughout the entire trip.
My many expectations were met by the time I spent with this group. They are special people, open hearted, caring, and supportive. We got to know each other in the moment via fun and interesting activities including yoga, chanting and games. I felt closer to the members as time passed.
During our layover days, I expressed concern about making the hike out. Sahar answered this by asking others to take some of my weight and they complied and I immediately felt more capable. As we broke camp early on the fourth day, I felt a “can do” attitude. On the actual hike out, Sahar and the others again assisted me with hands on healings and numerous “sacral lifts”. Everyone contributed to my success and even though I had judgments about my needs, the group gave freely and willingly.
I wish I could have the experience of closeness and connection I felt on this trip every day of my life! I hope to stay in contact with this remarkable group of individuals, including Sahar, who seems to have a knack in pulling together and facilitating the perfect group every time!~ Doug Condrotte
"I recently had the opportunity to join Sahar on one of his wilderness immersion trips in the Kings Canyon National Park. Sahar's presence allowed for a beautiful container to deeply experience the exquisite and profound energy of the Sierra Nevada mountains. Sahar's ability to connect deeply with the present moment and exemplify honest expression and deep listening is absolutely refreshing to experience.
Sahar Is one of the most authentic human beings I have come to know and spending time with him in nature was a gift for the heart and soul. I would highly recommend one of his wilderness immersion trips to anyone looking For deeper connection within themselves. This retreat was exactly the medicine I needed. Thank you Sahar!" - Jens Jarvie
Be inspired. Get wild!

Medicine Meditations
Awakening into Self Awareness
Stop Waiting: Take The Deep Dive Now
Join a visionary group of men and women in a profound daylong catharsis as we expand our individual and collective consciousness through fellowship, nature, drumming, yoga, and deep meditation practice with the support of plant medicine. Our simple intention for the weekend is expanding our Self-awareness**.
Sat, Oct. 19, 9 am - 9:30 pm
Sebastopol, CA. 5 spaces available.
You Will Experience...
This retreat is your opportunity to rejuvenate and transform through guided meditations, plant based sacrament sessions, and cathartic coaching to support your integration of this awakening into your life.
**Self-awareness is knowing yourself from a place beyond personal/ego identity. You access this place by dropping all concepts, all personal stories, and rest in the light of your own Being. By letting go of all identifications, your consciousness is then able to receive and absorb true knowledge, which is the essence of Being -- also known as your True Self.
As you heal and get to know yourself beyond your individual identity, that same individual expression can be used creatively as an expression of life’s unlimited potential (often described as Flow State). As you come into complete alignment with the flow of everything, then the flow that happens through you is flawless, effortless, and is pure service to you as the Higher Self, your fully-realized self.
Registration requires a brief phone conversation with Sahar and O’Neill followed by full payment.
$530 by Oct 5th. ($573 after 10/5 and closes 10/10/19)
